We have so much to be Thankful for, and what better time to share our gratitude for all the Blessings we’ve received than now, at Thanksgiving. As a family, 2021 marked the beginning of our Professional journey together working under the banner of Rost Real Estate. Having worked independently in the industry doing what each of us enjoys, meeting people and helping them with their home needs, it was a natural step to pool our resources, time, and social calendars, to form a family team. Choosing to work together has been a bit of a learning curve, but we can attest, that when life is hectic and unpredictable, there is no-one we would rather rely on than each other to continue forging ahead toward the future.
This year, as of September 30, 2021, we have had the pleasure of working with 75 families, assisting them as they moved onward in their home journeys. Whether first-time buyers, empty nesters, investors, upsizers or downsizers, we have grown through the experiences of working with each of them. In Real Estate we’ve discovered it’s best to always be ready for the unexpected, and to look for a laugh in the circumstance. Since collectively we walk through over one thousand homes a year, it’s a safe bet that we’ve discovered a few home “DIY gone wrong” situations that took us, and our clients, by surprise. Through the unusual firsts, extremely weirds, and WOW share moments, which lead to “Yep, that is a little odd for sure”, “Well, no I can’t say I’ve seen that before”, “I really don’t know why that’s like that, but I will find out”, kind of conversations, we have been kept on our toes and embraced those sometimes-awkward moments that have made life a lot more interesting.
So, here’s a great big THANK YOU to our clients, for trusting us to get the answers to their questions, for allowing us to guide them through the process, and most of all for sharing their journey along the path of home ownership with us!
We’re excitedly looking forward to what the future holds for us as a family, as we work together, doing something we are passionate about, meeting new people and sharing a few laughs the way!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Sincerely,
The Rosts
